Welcome to our Nursery Unit

The Nursery Unit is staffed by the Teacher, Mrs Harkin and the Nursery Assistants are Mrs Harkness and Mrs McCosker.  It is our aim at the Nursery to create a caring environment where your children feel happy and safe.

We want to provide our children with a rich variety of challenging play activities and other experiences in a stimulating environment.

The children learn at their own pace. Through participating in a program of progressive play situations. The children gain independence, develop initiative, make decisions and solve problems.

The Nursery Curriculum is planned for the chidren taking into consideration 6 areas of development:

Personal, Social and Emotional Development Language Development, Physical Development, Early Mathematical Development and The World Around Us.
