Sion Mills PS Polling Station opened this morning for the election of 2 new Student Councillors for each class. Queues were reported as pupils were keen to make their choice and a practically 100% turn-out is expected. Exit polls indicate that the results of the election are too close to call at present, but the final result will be announced in Assembly on Monday 6th November. Thanks to everyone who filled in their ballot paper and to P7 for organising and ensuring the smooth running of the Election.
