Our school community joined together on Friday 29th March to bid a fond farewell to Mrs Maguire - a much loved, highly respected and loyal member of our staff. Mrs Maguire has been Nursery teacher in our school for 33 years. Pupils from the Nursery class sang a song, P1 - P7 sang some of their favourite nursery songs and some specially composed songs. Mrs Eileen Reid, former Nursery assistant read a beautiful poem she had written to highlight her memories of Mrs Maguire. Mrs McNelis and Mr Tom Bradley (BOG Chairman) made speeches, extending thanks and very best wishes to Ann. Presentations were made on behalf of parents, pupils, staff and BOG. The wonderful morning full of memories, and indeed a few tears, finished with everyone singing "One more Step along the World I Go"
