We had a fantastic day with Christine McMahon and Cathal who came to school to put us all through our paces and teach us a selection of keep fit exercises. It was wonderful to hear Christine tell us all about her life as an athlete and her encouragement for everyone to always keep on trying. Well done boys and girls for all your efforts - you are so brilliant at all the activities. Remember if you are able to collect any Sponsor Money you can bring this in over the next few days.
